Cap Inserts are ball cap and hat savers...and stop dripping sweat!
Our Cap Insert absorbs sweat that would otherwise end up in your eyes. These are cap savers that stop the drips and limit the soaking and sweat staining of the cap itself. Just tuck it in front, behind the cap's "sweatband". Shallow curve down for taller trucker style caps, taller curve down for flatter runner style caps.
Whether you are on the field or in the stands, gardening or cooking in a hot kitchen, hiking your favorite trail or speed golfing, our cap insert will keep sweat out of your eyes. Any place you wear a hat or a cap, work or play, SweatHawg has you covered!

Cap Insert Doesn't Stay in Place
I purchased an assortment of these products as a gift. The recipient reported to me that the CAP INSERT WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE! He followed the simple directions and set it under the inside cap flap but it moves around before he can get his cap on. When he takes the cap off, the INSERT FALLS RIGHT OUT! It's a great idea, and the fabric is absorbant, but there's no way to attach it so it stays in place. When the insert literally dropped out of his cap and fell to the floor when he briefly removed his cap, it was embarrassing, annoying and Yucky (NOT hygienic)! So, in my opinion, this is a Major Design Flaw.

Cap Insert
Product performs exactly as described and my amount of sweating during exertion can only be described as Extreme. Have been looking for and trying Products for some time and nothing comes close to the Performance or Quality of Sweathawg!! PS: Please consider development in Arm Sleeves/Compression Sleeves with Bands at both ends for Throwing Sports!!

wonderful product for hot New Mexico
I got some of these last year and they work great. I ordered a few more this year for different caps. I live in Albuquerque, NM, I am at 300 lbs. and I sweat- these work great.

Sweat cap insert and sweat band
Tried this out twice. Used it in a Stetson Air Flo straw hat. First time temp was in the 70s with the sun out and it worked as advertised. It kept the sweat out of my eyes but sweat rolled down the side of my face. I sweat so much that the insert was completely soaked and sweat was in the hat. Second time the temp was in mid 80s and same results, sweat was kept out of my eyes but rolled down the side of my face. Both times the insert was completely soaked and sweat was in the hat. This product did perform better than any other product I tried. I did order the X2 and will try that soon. The sweat band worked great. No sweat got past the band. Had to squeeze the sweat out a couple of times but it continued to keep the sweat above the band. Would recommend both of these products.

Unfortunately I'll have to be that guy
I was SO hopeful that this (and the band for the hard hat) would be the savior of my sanity. I drive a Flatbed and have to work out in the southern heat/humidity throwing 125lb tarps over my loads (and then take them off, roll them up, and store them away). The amount of sweat coming off my body would give somebody none the wiser the impression that I had just jumped into a pool fully clothed. There are times that I literally can't see. Can't open my eyes due to being so filled with burning and stinging sweat that I feel I may have a breakdown. I've tried everything, but nothing holds-up. They reach their soak points, and then the flood comes. To be fair...this product does the best job so far, but it has its limits. I can have this thing dripping down my face/eyes in ~30 mins. The 2nd biggest problem I have with it is once wet (now heavy), it will fall out of the hat and if you're not paying attention, you will lose it. If the band in the hat isn't deep enough to secure this sweathawg in place, it can/will fall out when you take your hat off to hang on a hook or whatnot or place the hat on a flat surface right-side-up. Would it hold up in casual outdoor settings where perhaps I'm just walking around and not doing anything involving labor? I believe so, but for heavy lifting, I'll have to keep searching for a better performing product (which is quite possible to not even exist).

No hat sweat marks!
Bought this to wear under my hiking cap. No sweat in eyes or ugly white sweat marks on my cap after a five mile hike. Worked great!

Exactly as advertised
I really can't think of any negatives about this insert. It fits well in the cap, was easy to put in, and will protect the hat. Great product
