Directions for Use:

Hook and loop sweathawg

Doesn’t work/fit.
If you have a low profile helmet “Kasik” this is to big to fit it, the pressure will only give you a headache. Plus the extra and loose material that I guess is supposed to replicate a skull cap which is connected to the head band part is jus ridiculous and rolls up or doesn’t sit on your head properly. The design probably works with basic cycle helmets but not higher end types.

No better than others just holds more sweat
This helmet liner is fine, it absorbs sweat until it's full then pours all over your face and glasses. It's not any worse than others but certainly not any better either, just holds more sweat so when it lets loose (or you turn your head, or bump your helmet) it dumps about 1/4 cup of sweat versus a normal liner might dump a tablespoon or two. There is no sweat wicking to the back then evaporating, it's just saturated almost immediately and then is just wet and hot on your head.

Doesn't work for me
I like how it fits in my helmet and makes the helmet comfortable but it doesn't work for me to keep sweat from going in my eyes. Once it gets soaked with sweat, it just pours into my eyes.

Best sweat blocker ever!
Finally found a solution against burning eyes in the summer. The liner makes the helmet even more comfortable.

Central Florida
I got the original helmet liner a few years ago to provide protection to my bald head. It works awesome but sometimes it almost gets overwhelmed in Central Florida during the summer. It's a little warmer than the stock pads but it's worth it to prevent sunburn and/or those weird vent tan lines. I wanted to get a second one and I've been eyeing the X2 since it came out. I finally got it and it improves upon the original a bit. There's actual Velcro to stick to the helmet and I think the material is slightly thinner but not in a bad way. It absorbs really well but we'll have to see come August. I highly recommend this!

It works as claimed. It keeps the sweat from dripping into my eyes and glasses and as someone who is balding, it makes my helmet much more comfortable.

If it works in Memphis - It will work anywhere!!!!!!!
I have used Sweat GUTR, Halo Headbands with strip and Headsweats. All of these resulted in less sweat in the eyes and sunglasses, but in the usual summer Memphis heat and humidity, these were overwhelmed on the worst summer days. I purchased the Helmet Liner X2 with hook and loop along with the Headband. I have only used the Helmet Liner and it has not allowed sweat to run down the front of my face in either the eyes or sunglasses. I thought I would need both the helmet liner and the headband to accomplish this, but so far - no. I may need to use both as the summer progresses, but I have rode with the Heat Index just under 110 degrees F. Don't know how it does this, the X2 is very slim, not bulky at all. Great product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
